Description: Following the initial inquiry, a dedicated advisor schedules a personal consultation, either via video call or in person, to further discuss and refine the retiree’s preferences and expectations. Purpose: This consultation ensures a deeper understanding of the retiree’s desires and needs, facilitating the customization of retirement packages.

Step 3: Bespoke Package Presentation

Description: Based on insights gained during the consultation, three bespoke packages are crafted and presented to the retiree. These packages cater to the retiree's lifestyle preferences, budget, and interests, encompassing choices in accommodations, health checks, amenity services, and activities. Purpose: Offering multiple tailored options allows retirees to compare and select the package that best suits their vision for retirement.

Step 4: Package Customization and Financial Commitment

Description: The retiree selects their preferred package and can further customize it by choosing specific services and activities. At this stage, to initiate the setting up of their chosen package, retirees are required to make an upfront payment equivalent to two months of the package fee, plus a management fee of 30% of the monthly package cost. Purpose: These payments cover the initial costs associated with setting up the bespoke services and accommodations, ensuring everything is tailored to the retiree’s preferences and ready upon their arrival.

Step 5: Finalization and Confirmation

Description: Once the financial commitments are fulfilled, all details are reviewed, and the package is confirmed. Necessary paperwork and agreements are completed to formalize the arrangements. Purpose: This administrative step secures the retiree’s placement in the program and confirms all selections, ensuring all services are prepared for their start date.

Step 6: Welcome and Integration

Description: Upon arrival in Crete, the retiree is warmly welcomed by their personal advisor and introduced to the community. An orientation session helps them settle in, familiarizing them with the facilities and integrating them into their new environment. Purpose: This step ensures a smooth transition into the retirement community, helping retirees feel at home and connected from the very beginning.
